Revenues and Benefits Administration Assistant

Administrators are crucial to our effective and efficient day to day operations. Those working in this position will be responsible for supporting the Revenues & Benefits section in a variety of ways.

We are seeking a reliable, diligent and resilient individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position is vital for supporting the smooth operation of the Revenues & Benefits Service, managing and processing various reports, and offering comprehensive support for all administrative functions.

Applicants must have attained at least 5 GCSE’s grades A - C (or equivalent) including Maths and English as well as having good ICT skills and being fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, eg Outlook, Excel and Word.

You should have the ability to recognise and prioritise certain issues and have good organisational and problem-solving skills. You will be a strong team player, showing a willingness to help others. You will be flexible and adaptable to meet targets and deadlines and have the ability to work independently.
