We’re looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team at our vibrant day centre. This is a rewarding role supporting adults with a range of needs, including behaviours that challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion.
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
- Support individuals, using a person-centred and proactive approach.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
- Use initiative to respond to changing needs and situations.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring nature and genuine interest in supporting others.
- Patience, resilience, and a good sense of humour.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
