We have exciting opportunities for you to join our team at The Redesmere Centre, Handforth.
The Redesmere Centre is a day service for adults, this service provides support for people who live with dementia, older people and for people with learning and physical disabilities.
The service we provide is person-centred, and we support people in ways that help each person to live a full and valued life.
We offer a wide range of activities including music and media, gardening, Cookery, various art and crafts groups , Sensory sessions as well as health and wellbeing groups.

We are looking to recruit: -
2 x Support Workers @ 22 hours per week

The role of Care and Support worker will include:
- Providing a high-quality person-centred care and support service
- Delivering daily support to Tenants such as personal care, administration of medication, Undertake domestic tasks within the centre.
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements in respect of moving and handling, transfer hoisting and the use of protective equipment to aid infection control.
- Promoting integration and inclusion into the community by going out and about, social interaction and seeking new opportunities and activities.
- Empowering customers to lead fulfilling lives
- Treat customers with Dignity and Respect
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
