5 x Permanent Grade.4 Community Support Worker (Supported Living) 21 hours per week [Macclesfield]
Macclesfield supported Living Network, support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently within their own home. We provide individualised and person centred care and support to enable individuals to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, and maintain tenancy agreements.
Support can be provided over 24 hours and is focused on maximising people's independence, choice and control and includes medication, money management and all aspects of daily living. The networks work in partnership with the individual, parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.

5 x Permanent Grade.4 Community Support Worker (supported living) 21 hours per week, located at Macclesfield Supported Living Network.
Providing support over a 24-hour period, focused on maximising people's independence, choice, and control. We work in partnership with the individual, parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
We are looking for individuals with the right values, a friendly and have a positive approach, previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given. There is a requirement to be flexible, reliable and committed to delivering a high standard of support, as well as having an excellent level of spoken and written English.
We are looking for staff to cover a variety of shift patterns including days and evenings (between hours of 8am-10pm), bank holidays, and every other weekend on a rota basis. A sleep in is available for those who wish to be on the rota.
Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication and managing finances).
The service operates over 24 hours. Starting pay £12.18 per hour up to £12.38 with time and half at weekends, and all Bank Holidays except Xmas Day and Boxing Day which are double pay.
