This is an exciting opportunity for 2 enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join the Business Intelligence Team supporting the Children & Families. We have an opening for 1 permanent and 1 fixed term (until Mar 2027) Business Systems Trainer and Support Officer.
You will be responsible for supporting the current Children's Case Management System (Liquid Logic) as we implement the requirements of the Families First Programme, together with supporting the Children's transformation programme across SEND and Education. We have recently implemented the Education module of Liquid Logic and are looking to maximise its use across a wide range of education support teams and external partners.
The local authority is also looking at a range of projects integrating AI products with existing case management solutions and an interest in how this will shape the future will be advantageous.
Progressing form redesign, developing training materials and delivering face to face training with front line workers, you will require excellent interpersonal and ICT skills and will need to be comfortable in delivering training and/or presenting information to individuals and groups.
Ideally you will have an understanding of the current developments and changes in government legislation, including the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill and the Families First programme, together with the statutory reporting requirements for Children and families services and how the ICS system operated supports this
These roles can be based from either Crewe or Macclesfield depending on the successful applicants preference, however travel across the borough will be required. The role is also subject to a basic DBS check.
